In its collection called "La chaussure – Analyses et Marchés" (Shoes - Analysis and Markets), the French Footwear Federation is publishing international research enabling companies to explore new markets more effectively. These research reports are exclusively for member companies. 

 

This research has been carried out by the Economic Missions of Business France, following specifications put in place by the Federation.

Where the information exists, for each of the destinations, you will find:

  • a summary of the footwear market and consumer behaviour,
  • a presentation of the distribution structure with weighting of the different players (retailers, shop chains, department stores etc.),
  • the commercial practices of the different players,
  • regulatory constraints (branding, certification, customs laws, fees, etc.),
  • focusing on ten to fifteen key stakeholders in the local shoe market, along with a detailed sheet for each point of sale with records of brands, prices and store fronts.
